Responsibilities
  • Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling and verifying insurance
  • Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and perform and/or oversee cashiering operations
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
QualificationsJob Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • One (1) year of previously related experience
  • Previous medical office experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree in related field of study
  • Heart Saver Certification
