- Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling and verifying insurance
- Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and perform and/or oversee cashiering operations
- Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year of previously related experience
- Previous medical office experience
- Associate’s Degree in related field of study
- Heart Saver Certification
