- Liderança Operacional: gerenciar e coordenar as operações relacionadas a manutenção de aeronaves e comerciais da Helibras - São Paulo, garantindo eficiência e excelência nos serviços prestados.
- Gestão Comercial: desenvolver e manter relacionamentos comerciais sólidos com clientes, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização dos mesmos.
- Suporte à Diretoria: colaborar com a Diretoria de Operações e com a Diretoria de Suporte e Serviços no atendimento aos clientes sediados em São Paulo, prestando suporte e assistência conforme necessário.
- Gestão de Processos: implementar e otimizar processos operacionais para garantir a eficiência e qualidade dos serviços prestados.
- Liderar pessoas: administrar os recursos humanos promovendo um ambiente de trabalho motivador e colaborativo para os funcionários.
- Formação: Graduação completa, preferencialmente em Administração ou Engenharia.
- Experiência Profissional: Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência no mercado aeronáutico, com foco em gestão de operações e atendimento ao cliente.
- Idiomas: Inglês fluente.
- Competências: Excelente relação interpessoal, habilidades de liderança, gestão de processos e negócios, forte relacionamento com clientes e bom conhecimento dos processos aeronáuticos.

- This position is responsible for leading and managing aircraft maintenance and commercial teams, ensuring operational efficiency and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Operational Leadership: Manage and coordinate operations related to aircraft maintenance and commercial activities at Helibras São Paulo, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Commercial Management: Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Directorial Support: Collaborate with the Operations and Support & Services Directorates in serving clients based in São Paulo, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Process Management: Implement and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality of services.
- People Leadership: Manage human resources by promoting a motivating and collaborative work environment for employees.
- Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration or Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aeronautical market, focusing on operations management and customer service.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, business and process management, strong customer relationships, and good knowledge of aeronautical processes.
