- Direct sales focus, integrity selling model
- Actively research, target, contact, and close potential customers
- Manage established customers and expand relationships and opportunities
- Utilize and leverage Luxor sales tools for customer engagement.
- Work with all internal operational teams to support your sales efforts.
- Marketing Events, Charitable Events
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified leads and obtain additional clients
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies by maximizing the return on time investment for each territory/objective
- Coordinate sales efforts with management and provide oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new opportunities
- Keep detailed records of sales
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends in relation to the industry
- Willing to immediately respond to emergency situations in order to secure sales
- 5+ Years of outside sales experience
- Willing can-do attitude
- Restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience a plus
- Strong Competitive drive
