In this vital role, the Sr, Scientist will work at the interface of synthetic chemistry and chemical biology and apply their chemical synthesis skills in process development and optimization for new hybrid therapeutics and cutting-edge novel modalities. The successful candidate will work on the process development of peptide synthesis as well as large molecule therapeutics including antibody/Fc peptide conjugates for various therapeutic areas. The candidate will be responsible for development and management of manufacturing and purification processes will collaborate with internal CMC groups and external CDMOs to ensure quality an on-time delivery of API’s Provides project management support for CMC programs or Chemical Development projects, may lead work streams or projects within Chemical Development. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
