Business Development Senior Engineer - Start up

• Scope of this role: Being the startup of a global company of very solid and has great projects to develop in Romania so you have the opportunity to grow and to form your own department or/and to represent the local entity as general manager.

• Romanian citizen (or local resident speaking fluent Ro)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar (engineering)
• Business development - client related work experience of 5- 7 years and having a very good knowledge of the Romanian construction market, and renewables segment as well
• Have proven results within mid and high size projects developed
• High interest working for a top international contractor
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• High proficiency in English

• The candidate will carry out business development activities according to the strategies and business plan of the company.
• The candidate will carry out market research and analysis of projects and other companies for potential collaboration in Romania.
• The candidate should understand the core businesses and requirements of the company very well and will devise business development plans in accordance with them.
• The candidate will prepare necessary reports and meeting minutes both for internal and external reporting purposes as may be necessary.
• The candidate should be available for business travels.
• The candidate should be able to work in multiple work streams when required.
• The candidate will hold organized and good records both in hardcopy and softcopy.

• Work palace: Bucharest , Romania on site open to travel on request
• Type of contract: Contract of Employment, Full time with extended probation time tbd upfront.
