- Creates value-based messaging that distils complex concepts and resonates with different personas and segments working closely with product teams.
- Develops user/buyer/influencer personas and target audiences for product lines.
- Builds and develops product positioning.
- Ensures appropriate fit and branding of products positioned within portfolio.
- Develops digital tools and training with competitive insights for internal and external audiences.
- Leads development of content and collateral for launch and commercialization of new products and features.
- Develops metrics and measurement tools designed to evaluate and assess effectiveness of product launches.
- Champions product naming and branding initiatives working closely with the product and cross-functional teams.
- Builds and delivers product training and sales enablement tools for enabling field teams in partnership with product and cross-functional teams.
- Manages and hires consultants and agency partners across key product marketing initiatives.
- Maintains comprehensive content repository of product content across diverse product lines and applications.
- Brings strong, performant product storytelling to life throughout every step of the customer journey.
- Collaborates with the broader marketing team on programs that drive lead generation and product adoption.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
- 5+ years progressive product marketing and/or product management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS365 Applications and Adobe Suite.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
- Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
