Develop, coordinate, and implement customer requirements within the organization through a documented quality program plan. Coordinate corrective action with responsible departments. Manage programs from a quality management perspective.YOUR IMPACT:
  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure the government customers are satisfied with our quality management program
  • A strong understanding of the DOD / DCMA instructions manual and requirements
  • Ability to understand and communicate contractual requirements
  • Interact and coordinate with Contracts Administration on issues pertaining to requirements, changes, interpretations, and financial conditions of the contract.
  • Provide internal customers with data driven feedback that proactively identifies process weaknesses
  • Develop and implement quality corrective action program to meet customer requirements and to resolve quality problems
  • Chairperson of Corrective Action Board
  • Coordinate with customers to satisfy needs
  • Answer complaints to resolve problems
  • Implement quality standards and serve as the management representative responsible for the quality program
  • Provide guidance to Project Leads and other team members to ensure the project management processes are followed and projects are on track
  • Develop and implement quality audit program to meet customer requirements and to proactively monitor quality systems
  • Develop quality and continuous improvement presentation material suitable for government viewing
  • Ability to interact with the government customer in formal and informal setting
  • Ability to present performance and action plans to internal leadership
  • Develop and execute goals and strategic direction of assigned program
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 7 plus years of related work experience
