- Assisting the Office Manager with administrative duties, including answering company calls and responding to emails.
- Assisting the General Manager with customer service, scheduling, and material ordering.
- Assisting the Drafting department with job preparation.
- Assist the Warranty Manager with scheduling, contacting customers, and responding to customers about side jobs and sending them their quotes.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
- Needs to have customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
- Must be willing to start at 7am each day. Experience in a construction environment (especially cabinets) is a plus, but not required.
