This is an entry-level position with tremendous growth potential within the company and a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.Duties will include:
  • Assisting the Office Manager with administrative duties, including answering company calls and responding to emails.
  • Assisting the General Manager with customer service, scheduling, and material ordering.
  • Assisting the Drafting department with job preparation.
  • Assist the Warranty Manager with scheduling, contacting customers, and responding to customers about side jobs and sending them their quotes.
Skills:
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Needs to have customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
  • Must be willing to start at 7am each day. Experience in a construction environment (especially cabinets) is a plus, but not required.
