The teams focus on the following activities: (a) maintain the integrity of the data through data cleaning, analysis and reporting; (b) build/maintain the database infrastructure, including standardized tools and reports, (c) develop customized client reports and consult directly with clients in situations where BDS analytics are a major part of a consulting project. The Role: * Detailed and qualitative analysis of data provided in surveys by our clients * Actively participating in the data collection and processing of benefits provided per country * Focus on LatAm and Western Europe countries * Usage of tools and systems developed by our company as well as Power BI * Support the team in several activities to maintain our high-quality database * Flexible working style available: hybrid.Habilidades requeridas
