1. Manage all HSE activities including the required safety planning, coordination and inspections in inorder to ensure the safety of plant operations and associated equipment.
2. Support with the implementation of safe work systems and practices, ensure safe work systems are implemented effectively and conduct periodic audit / review to monitor compliance.
3. Conduct TRS(involving performing supervisors and Vendors), Track the approvals, update and maintain the file.
4. Inspect , audit and evaluate plant facilities and work sites to ensure contractor compliance with Company Energy field safety requirements and programs including PTW.
5. Monitor and manage assigned staff performance, with input to superintendent Filed Safety, in addition to acting as part of PECT team during emergencies.
6. Generate preliminary Investigation Report after the incident and send it to Superintendent Filed Safety Upstream for information and circulations.
7. Ensure that Plant Safety Field Inspections, Upstream Weekly HSE Management Tour, Monthly KPI, monthly Report and PTW Audit reports are filled properly for better traceability
8. Ensure that all important Plant Safety Documents area are uploaded in the HUB and HSE folder
9. Ensure the weekly Safety awareness conducted for DEL and Contractors personnel presenting the collected Safety Video of Incidents and scenarios , also collected and Safety Alerts and bulletins from internal and external sources.
10. Ensure that visit and check are being conducted on random schedule for DEL rundown lines and if works is being conducted ensure that daily checks being conducted with regards to compliance to RLIC CPTW.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in relevant discipline
Internationally recognized qualification Health, Safety and Environment.
