E-J is seeking a Senior Estimator with MTA/ NYCTA Signal System experience. E-J Estimator’s work as a team performing comprehensive estimates on a computerized estimating system.Division: Signal
Location: Long Island City, NYKey Responsibilities:
- Perform a complete take off
- Review all project documents
- Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
- Attend scope review meetings
- Participate in project turnover to field prices
- Highly motivated team player
- 5+ years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical knowledge of construction (new & renovation)
- Transit experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, computerized estimating a plus
