Shipping & Receiving Clerk

• Loads and unloads shipments for all finished goods.
• Completes and distributes all paperwork for each load as required; maintains shipping and receiving files.
• Interacts with the inventory management system to maintain accurate location and status of equipment.
• Reports inventory discrepancies and assists with their resolution.
• Tracks scheduling on equipment repairs and costs and works with Service team in preparing Finished Goods for shipment.
• Monitors repair status of equipment.
• Maintains forklift and crane certification.
• Performs inventory transactions in SAP R/3 ERP system.
• Ensures data integrity of Finished Goods Equipment Fleet.
• Provides reports for Sales, Service and Administrative teams as necessary.
• Maintains Finished Goods records involving WBS Elements, Fixed Asset Cards, Machine Documentation, and general system data integrity.

• Technical Requirements – Proficient in Microsoft office and experienced with ERP software. Able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments.
