- Reconcile high-volume corporate credit card accounts.
- Review and process high-volume employee expense report requests per policy compliance.
- Initial Approver for Coupa Punchouts.
- Provide support for timecard administration and reporting.
- Manage weekly deadlines.
- Complete month-end tasks in adherence to fiscal deadlines.
- Adhere to the Company’s file retention protocols.
- Respond to audit requests.
- Ad hoc projects, as requested.
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
- Associate, College Degree, or Equivalent Finance/Accounting/Economics coursework.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Deltek Vision and Coupa experience are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with strong Microsoft 365 skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to respond to vendors, consultants, and staff with professionalism.
