Your role will involve providing friendly and efficient service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from Italian-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with rental car reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about rental car options, rates, and terms.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process reservations and payments accurately using our reservation system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
- Fluent in Italian (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles preferred.
