- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of operations, including project management, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols to minimize risk and protect the company's reputation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and quality workmanship.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to support business objectives and foster growth opportunities.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting to senior management on key performance metrics, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the roofing industry or related construction field
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations
- In-depth knowledge of roofing industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis
