Responsibilities :- The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers. - The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. - To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements. - The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customers. - Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and help the organization achieve its targets and goals. - Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting. - To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers. - The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth. - Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements. - Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours. - Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales.Skills Required : - Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Sales. - Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements - Fresher's/Experienced candidates required. - Should be able to handle extreme and dynamic situationsJob Location : Bangalore - HSR Layout (ref:updazz.com)
