Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Efficiently close Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Performing reference and background checks.
Other office administration work.Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT Recruitment.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Good Knowledge of Job portals: Naukri, Linkedln, Indeed, Internshala etc.
Graduate candidates or Result awaited candidate can apply.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
