Responsibilities will include client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of your role will be to create and present quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As you develop project management skills and leadership abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Senior Consultant level.What You Will Need:Minimum Years of Experience: 0 yearsMinimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Fall of 2023 and graduate by Summer of 2024)Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.If a candidate has the requisite experience and education, they may be submitted to the Senior Consultant opportunity for consideration.What Would Be Nice To Have:Majors and concentrations in Biology, Biochemistry, Business, Biomedical Engineering, Biometry, Economics, Finance, Health, Neurobiology, Neuroscience, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology, and Public Health are preferredGPA of 3.2 or betterDemonstrated interest in Life Sciences consultingExhibit critical thinking, creativity, and strong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate superior data collection, organizational and analytical skills and a high level of motivation and initiativeMust exhibit ability to grasp clinical and business implications of technically complex products and servicesMust demonstrate willingness to travel and work overtime when requiredThe annual salary range for this position is $62,400.00-$93,600.00.
