- Solid and demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the store effectivity and be a true Brand Ambassador
- Solid skills in coaching and developing team members
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights
- Preference will be given to candidates who can speak either Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese
