Tech Recruiter - 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Slovakia

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill IT roles.

• Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the specific qualifications required for their roles.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

• Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience (Medior)

• Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the technology sector

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems

• Slovakia (ideally Bratislava)

• Czechia (ideally Brno)
