- Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill IT roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the specific qualifications required for their roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience (Medior)
- Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems
- Slovakia (ideally Bratislava)
- Czechia (ideally Brno)
