- Process Daily reconciliation & payment/collection, Compensation/Monthly shipping fee reconciliation from all the carriers (Shopee , Social sellers,...) / logistic parties (4PL : BEST, GHN,...) / vendors (Linehaul, ShopeePay counter, BPO vendors..) with high accuracy and on time.
- Work with Finance and Accounting team to ensure transaction details are captured accurately.
- Liaise closely with business lines to manage and ensure smooth payment/collection flow to our customer and partners.
- Active monitoring, review & checking on reports & automations (engaged with Feature & Finance team).
- Work closely with other teams (Key Account Management, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Feature Management, Finance, Customer experience…) to solve payment issues/customers inquiries regarding to Partners reconciliation.
- Review and propose for process improvement.
- Brainstorming with Leader to solve transaction-related issues and improve payment/collection processes if needed.
- Handle project assigned to team, execute action & timeline needed, report block issue & propose solution to high level.
- Integrity
- University degree of Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience, e-commerce, logistic experience is preferable
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Ability to interact, explain problems, dialogue, guide and persuade Operators to coordinate
- High sense of responsibility, careful, eager to learn new things.
