Cut & crimp wires, form, connect and perform simple soldering in accordance with instructions. Fit and align fine electronic assemblies, recognize defective parts, inspect and test final assemblies on a variety of assembly operations.Responsibilities- Experience with Kanban Inventory process- Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills- Communicate shortages, scrap and delays when applicable- Read caliper, tape measure and interpret work instructions- Identify the correct colored wire(s) per work instructions- Operate small hand and power tools- Perform cuts, crimps, connections and soldering- Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings- Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order- Assemble products to Work Order specifications- Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity- Package product for shipmentQualifications- High school or general education (GED) preferred- Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required- 2 years mechanical or electrical assembly preferredPlease send your resume to .
