- Identify and cultivate relationships proactively with advisors to expand the iCapital Marketplace's advisor base within the RIA and SFO channel.
- Showcase the features and capabilities of the iCapital platform to advisors, emphasizing new tools and functionalities that can help enhance their business.
- Manage and oversee user registrations on the iCapital Marketplace, provide support, guidance, and troubleshoot assistance as needed.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for Wealth Advisors, which includes conducting introductory calls, organizing platform demonstrations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at boosting user engagement and adoption on the Marketplace.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including GP Relationship Managers, Investor Relations, and Sales Support, to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the RIA and SFO space, to enhance the iCapital Marketplace's competitive position.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably working with RIAs or SFOs
- Strong understanding of investment products, alternative investments, and wealth management solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
