- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interacts with all guests and will welcome each guest to our hotel.
- Answers guest inquires via phone, email and Medialia Conciege applicaiion.
- Assisting guests at the front desk for check-in by following Hyatt and Pyramid Global Hospitality polcies and procedures.
- Reacts and responds to guest issues in a calm and positive attitude providing a resolution to the guest satisfaction.
