- Manage the day to day social media strategy for the companies Music Group, including partnerships with key platforms and best practices
- Assist in execution of tactical social media campaigns, including the calendars, and copy (or approval of copy and posts) + seek Brand, XLOB and Legal approvals
- Converse frequently with social partners (Twitter, FB, IG, TikTok, and others) + optimize these relationships
- Attend and frequent XLOB meetings and internal weekly meetings to discuss support, ideas, and key moments for the company support on socials - FB, IG, and others if relevant
- Interface frequently with Asset + Advertising team on asset ideation and creation with a knowledge of asset types
- Review data and report analytics around socials, and provide feedback to other departments and teams
- about our artist’s and projects social performance
- Support Social Media Manager efforts
- Manage social creator/influencer strategy and campaign builds
- Manage content capture/short form editing as needed and liaise with creators for content
- Knowledge of internal programs to support job functionality like DNote, UMBI, Chartmetric, etc
- Expected to keep current with all social media updates, tools and trends to find ways to apply to our current priorities within catalog, soundtracks and artist releases
- High-level of knowledge and digital proficiency in how social platforms work, including best practices and nuances of each platform, especially Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat and others
- 2-3 Years Experience working in Digital/Social marketing, with a preference for experience in the music or entertainment fields
- Familiarity with DSPs (Digital Streaming Partners), ideally with some working experience
- Enthusiasm for music and the music industry overall, with openness to a quickly changing landscape.

- Extremely detail oriented, with strong follow up skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills – diplomacy and interpersonal skills are a necessity.
- Strength in multitasking is a must, with the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Teams, Slack
- Ability to work overtime as needed
