- Support the program management planning, daily execution, and coordination of the Advanced Technology programs
- Responsible for the monitoring and tracking of metrics, budgets, and schedules for the program including quarterly EACs, monthly LREs, PPRs, PMRs, TIMs, and other program milestones
- Responsible for managing multiple deliverables in alignment with test system requirements
- Responsible for properly communicating staffing needs, performing EAC’s and meeting critical development and release timelines
- Establish a strong relationship with the program area, customer, and related programs to further invoke confidence in the ability to successfully complete development activities in a timely manner per the budget
- Incorporate test automation to streamline program deliverables and increase productivity
- Provide leadership, vision, strategy, and guidance to ensure the goals of the integrated product team align with the overall Advanced Technology portfolio of programs
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience including both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments
- Demonstrated Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL) or Program Management (PM) experience showing the ability to collaborate with multi-functional, cross-discipline teams on projects, working groups, and/or inter business units
- Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management
- Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Engineering programs
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- EVMS Certification, Program Management Certification, or equivalent
- Strong influential communication skills with the ability to present analytic and performance results from program to senior leaders
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability to communicate complex messages to executives and senior leaders
- Experience and demonstrated success managing change, building teams in a matrixed organization, developing leaders, and mentoring others
- Demonstrated large/complex program execution experience
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering design and release processes, transition to production, and manufacturing process development and maintenance
- Experience with Automation Test Equipment development using a Unit Under Test (UUT) or Device Under Test (DUT)
- Understand Agile Methodologies
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of RF technology across communications and radar systems
