- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in leadership with a customer service orientation, 5+ years in healthcare or data analysis, working knowledge of Epic Cogito, PowerBI, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with other large EMR systems also considered. Understanding of Machine Learning/LLM a plus.
