C & A Division Director located on Long Island

  • Salary Base: $310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
  • CME: $3,000 + 5 days
  • Malpractice paid 100%
  • PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time. (accrues yearly)
  • Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • 50% Academic, Teaching, building C&A program.
  • 50% Clinical: Coverage/oversight: C&A Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director onsite.)
  • Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Board Certification in C&A
  • 5+ years post- residency experience
  • 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
  • Track record of teaching and research involvement
  • Publication, and academic experience
