- invoice posting and end-to-end process execution
- purchase order reports maintenance
- validate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries with vendors or business partners
- collaborate with own team, procurement and other departments to accurately match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- review and reconcile supplier statements, invoices, payments and general ledger accounts
- audit support and reports preparation
- posting of goods receipts in the system
- preparing the supporting documentation for the payment run
- ability to work full-time - 40 hours/week
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- 2 years of experience on a similar role
- English on communication level (B2)
- strong MS Office skills
