• Monitor market trends, analyze pricing and evaluate supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Function with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, highly transactional environment.

• 4+ years of procurement experience within the food service industry
• Experience with purchase orders and purchase management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
