- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing or a related field with good supply chain management knowledge.
- Preferably with 2-5 years of senior management exposure in export market
- Knowledge of International trade terms & business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in other languages a plus.( Mandarin language speaking candidate shall be an advantage).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Good computer skill in MS.Office (MS.Excel, MS.Word, MS.PowerPoint).
- Strong team player, disciplined, good time management and punctual
- Self organize in meetings and business trips planning
- Responsible in overseeing day-to-day operation of sales department and leading the Sales/ Marketing team to achieve sales target through sales meeting and other engagement to support and guidance to sales team.
- Establish and organize manpower training and development plan to enhance sales team core competencies and upgrade skill sets with strong products knowledge.
- Preparing sales budget and sales target projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistic based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products and delivery.
- Coordinates with the other stakeholders to meet customer's requirement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
