As a Private Client Insurance Producer, you'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with clientele. With a minimum of 5 years experience as a Producer, specifically with Client accounts, you will be entrusted to be the insureds advisor in challenging insurance markets!
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- PAY: $80,000 + Commissions
- WORKSITE: Onsite in Mesa during training and hybrid, 1 day per week in office thereafter

- Actively generate new business through prospecting, strategic networking, cross-selling, and referrals
- Serving as the trusted advisor to these clients in complex insurance markets
- Staying abreast of current insurance market trends and underwriting guidelines
- Collaborating with the agency departments to ensure all aspects of the clients assets and needs are cared for and insured properly
- Assist the Account Executive with complex challenges that may arise
- Reviewing current policies, assets, and finances to provide proper coverage
- Attend and run onsite client meetings including pre and post renewal presentations
- Minimum of 5 years of recent independent insurance agency experience selling personal lines insurance for Private Client/High-Net-Worth accounts, including accounts with multiple homes, luxury vehicles, yachts, private planes, and high umbrella limits
- Experience quoting and negotiating with carriers, such as PURE, Nationwide Private Client, CHUBB, Travelers, and Cincinnati is required!
- Applied Epic experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Trusts is a plus!
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Experience with E&S Markets
- An Active AZ P&C License
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and computer proficiency
- Ability to apply critical thinking, make sound judgments, and pay attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel to meet with clients during pre and post renewal period
