- Overall responsibility for the operations of your group
- Oversee/direct program management team to ensure the following are being met
- Accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple accounts
- Enhance project coordination and managing project interdependencies
- Oversight of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change
- Direct engagement & coordination with various account manager's to monitor account status and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and execute firmwide program goals through
- Account proposal standardization
- Account fee standardization
- Account resource allocation and redirection
- Account scope standardization
- Account QC oversight
- Account errors and omissions dispute resolution
- Assist account managers with day to day operations and information dissemination
- Build a team of individual account program managers to assist each Ware Malcomb account manager throughout Ware Malcomb.
- Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Encourages cross-project/account resource management
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans
- Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
- Manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Manage performance and profitability
- 10+ years of experience working on architecture or interior design projects and/or programs
- Experience with financial planning and program strategy
- Able to manage complexity, analyze information, and implement company vision
- Highly analytical and organized
