- Assist in drafting and formatting legal documents, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and support in handling pre-litigation and litigation cases.
- Contribute to the due diligence process and provide legal input as needed.
- Manage records, including archiving, retrieval, and annual review of documents.
- Maintain and organize legal digital files and support document control processes.
- Assist the Governance team in preparing for Annual General Meetings across all company entities.
- Facilitate the collection and distribution of signatures for invoices and official documents.
- Handle the dispatch of original documents via mail or courier services.
- Retrieve official documents from the Luxembourg register of trade and commerce as required.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, manage group email lists, and maintain access to various collaborative tools.
- Coordinate with IT support and manage IT equipment orders for the team.
- Support office administration including ordering supplies and potentially managing email and meeting requests.
- Holds a Law degree or comparable education with some legal experience.
- Understands the Luxembourg legal and regulatory framework thoroughly.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to process and analyze complex legal data.
- Exhibits high levels of organizational skills.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and solution oriented.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
