Director of Nursing - Administrator - Home Health

• $130,000 to $150,000 Annual Salary
• Mileage Reimbursement - .44 Per Mile
• Health Insurance - Stipend Offered After 90 Day Introductory Period.

• 10 Days of PTO - Accrues on 1st Day of Employment - Available after 90 Day Introductory Period and once accrued accrued.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates all programs, operations, and financial matters of Home Health operations.
• In collaboration with senior leadership, establishes strategic direction, and creates and implements plans to achieve stated goals. Strategies and goals will focus on high levels of quality and compliance, along with financial goals.
• Oversees compliance and management activities of the Home Health Department. Oversees the daily clinical and operational activities and delegates day-to-day tasks and responsibilities to direct reports as appropriate. Ensures the department meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements, applicable laws, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
• Directs and leads the recruitment, selection, engagement, and retention efforts of the team in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources and Leadership Team
• Manages emergencies in a calm, professional manner following established program procedures. Delegates authority to ensure a qualified team member assumes responsibility for program oversight during periods of absence.

• Required - Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Virginia
• Required 4+ Years of Experience as a Home Health Nurse
• Required -2+ Years of Director Level Leadership in Home Health
• Preferred - OASIS Experience
• Required - Active and Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
