- Manage daily customer interactions, including answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries, offering technical support and guidance on the company's products or services.
- Maintain a daily routine that involves a combination of handling calls and responding to emails.
- Ensure personalized and engaging conversations with customers to identify and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Understand incidents from our customers' perspective, providing assistance with empathy, proactivity, and dedication.
- Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Empower clients to become self-sufficient without needing support.
- 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in technology or SaaS companies, in customer service (phone and written).
- Advanced computer and Office skills.
- Native in Spanish and fluent in French (preferable)
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-growing environments, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new situations.
