- Day-to-day contact with an assigned account base of existing customers
- Seek out and develop strong relationships with lapsed customers
- Maintain customer relationships transferred to you that were established by a new business team
- Vetting and establishing relationships with net-new customers looking to do business with Getty Images
- Identify and elevate high-value net-new Inbound opportunities for Field Sales team to handle
- Applying research and proactive outreach to uncover new contacts and new departments within your existing account base
- Conduct in-depth Sales meetings with clients outlining Getty's entire suite of products and services to fit their needs
- Quickly communicate the value of solutions to prospects and understand purchasing drivers in order to tailor solutions addressing clients' difficulties
- Handle all day-to-day project level discovery, quotes and negotiations (delegating to Customer Support Associates (CSA's) where appropriate).
- Regularly update and handle a pipeline of future potential deals
- Leverage sales tools (i.e. Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Eloqua) to maintain frequent communication with prospective clients
- Exemplify strong interpersonal skills - comfort with phone, e-mail and social networks
- Positive relationship building skills and experience in developing accounts to improve revenue.
- Shown Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-paced organization.
- Has shown success in building business revenue within existing accounts.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Has proven ability to balance multiple projects; must have strong organization skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM database
- Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools.
- Proven closing and forecasting skills.
- Able to build cross-functional relationships vital to delivering revenue results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills.
