With 300 technologists across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and in the U.S., we continue to grow.We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails developers, both senior and midlevel, to work on dynamic and challenging international projects.Qualifications
For Senior or Lead level
7 years leading multiple engineers on end to end delivery of large 5 person web software projects, with 3 years of RubyonRails experience.For MidLevel
5 years experience, including mentoring other engineers and delivering web software projects end to end on 5 person team, with 3 years of RubyonRails experienceAlso, it is required
Knowledge of code development theory and experience with software development lifecycle
Willing to put in the extra time and effort to continuously train and grow your skill set
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, able to build and sustain positive relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fastpaced, global work environment
Experience working within the Agile Methodology
Fluent english skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT requiredBonus Skills
