- Must participate in recruitment activities.
- Ensure a full and thorough onboarding process for new and emerging producers according to guidelines.
- Train and coach new and emerging producers.
- Hold new and emerging producers accountable to goals set.
- Maintain current book of business (if applicable).
- Be involved in current market and maintain Carrier relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be 25% or greater in this role.
