- Translate business questions into actionable analyses that yield rich customer and consumer insights
- Develop, refresh, and maintain quarterly Customer KPI reports to monitor the health and performance of our brands over time
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, PowerBI) to automate recurring analyses and visualize insights
- Support the design, deployment, and analysis of market research surveys, including brand health and customer satisfaction
- Synthesize industry & competitor data to create a holistic view of our position in the market, consumer expectations, and growth opportunities.
- Interface with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior business leaders, to share insights and results of analyses in a clear, compelling way.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years similar work experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SAS, R
- Experience applying statistics techniques to provide meaningful insights (e.g. statistical tests, A/B tests)
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and data visualization best practices
- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys
- Well-organized, high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multi-channel consumer retail industry is a major plus
- Experience in consumer marketing is a major plus
