● Minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance.
● Basic understanding of crew budget management preferred.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
● Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise the maintenance crew in performing tasks such as lawn care and bush trimming.
● Suggest and promote supplementary services beyond basic maintenance tasks
● Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for landscape enhancement
● Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
● Assist in the management of crew budget and resources.
● Train and mentor crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
● Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
● Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
● Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
