- Permanent full time position Monday to Friday
- Located in Vaudreuil
- Hybrid work model after training
- Base salary negotiable depending on experience (45-60k)

- Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
- Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you or that you have brought on board
- Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients.
- Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
- Support with custom clearances (available after-hours / weekend on-call)
- Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properlyQualifications
- 1 year experience in 3PL or brokerage industry
- Hard worker who is reliable and enjoys getting the job done
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented - excellent follow-up skills are essential
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English is required, French, Punjabi, Hindi and Spanish is an assetSummary
