- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks.
- Maintain and update financial records, encompassing bookkeeping duties and overseeing AP/AR functions.
- Address phone calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Monitor incoming payments, including scheduled, pending, and declined transactions.
- Engage in customer outreach to manage collections accounts, including follow-ups and potentially challenging conversations.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a remote worker.
- At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is advantageous.
- While a Bachelor's degree or related qualification is preferred, it's not mandatory.
