As a skilled service technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Working in our main shop, you will collaborate with a team of experienced technicians and service advisors to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Repair and service vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and tools effectively.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician (certification preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
