- Collaborating with business leaders across the organization, leading a team of information systems professionals, and delivering our business strategy.
- Planning, establishing, and realizing a technology roadmap that is aligned with business needs and is visible to key stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of the business transformation, ensuring the technical leadership necessary to ensure the timely delivery of the S4 implementation, consolidating our ERP landscape.
- Enterprise Architecture, including chairing the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Managing necessary upgrades and enhancements of existing applications.
- Deliver operational excellence, through simplification, standardization, automation, optimization, and security.
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and controls.
- Demonstrated customer focus, connecting technology with business, and collaborating with business stakeholders on a global basis
- At least 10 years of experience building, inspiring, and managing teams responsible for applications, architecture, systems development, systems support, compliance, and automation
- Experience with Business Transformation Programs
- Must have significant experience in SAP (S/4HANA experience is highly desired)
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multi-platform environments with geographically distributed resources
- Successful track record of effective vendor management, specifically with Application Managed Services (AMS) outsourcing partners
- Broad understanding of key business functions including production, maintenance, quality, commercial, finance, supply chain and HR
- Experience in IT/OT; MES (Management Execution System), ICS (Integrated Control System), DCS (Data Control System), Operating Control Systems, OSI, or Data Historian
