  • Collaborate with area managers and supervisors to identify annual and ad-hoc training needs.
  • Develop an annual training plan aligned with SOP-GMP and SST calendars to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Design customized training programs and materials tailored to specific organizational requirements.
  • Train and qualify internal trainers to deliver SOP content, work instructions, and job-specific training courses.
  • Provide trainers with necessary documentation and support to facilitate effective training delivery.
  • Monitor training deployment progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the training management process.
  • Validate learning transfer with supervisors to ensure comprehension and application of training content.
  • Update training documents in Intelex and provide necessary documentation for audits.
  • Enter training data into Intelex for regulatory compliance and maintain organized filing systems for training documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training experience.
  • Familiarity with andragogy principles and best practices in training.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and occasional nights.
  • Experience in developing training materials using various technologies.
  • Proficiency in LMS and other training management systems preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Windows/MS Office environment.
