Groundworks is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Creative Team in Virginia Beach, VA!The Creative Team Project Manager is responsible for the planning and tracking of all the creative projects for all our Brands across the Nation. These projects include, but are not limited to, print, digital, email, website, social media, collateral, out of home assets, radio and TV.This position works directly with the Creative Director to ensure every project is well documented, organized and on time.Must be a highly motivated self-starter and team player, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a knack for prioritization and execution, and a desire to problem solve.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for new projects that involve coordination among various teams.Manage workflow processes through Asana. Tracking all projects/requests from initiation to final delivery.Schedule project kickoff meetings with stakeholders and team members.Work with all departments/teams to establish creative briefs before assigning tasks.Optimize workload and assignments across the team; working closely with the designers, video team, etc. to assign/allocate resources effectively.Establish, maintain, and refine timelines with ability to monitor changes and/or delays to creative schedule.Communicate and send periodic status reports to all stakeholders.Maintaining project trackers aside from Asana.Run weekly status meetings and provide reports on project progress.Maintain weekly to-do list for graphic/video team.Help to develop new processes for efficient workflow.Help with Digital Asset Management system and asset organization.Coordinate with branches for video shoots (i.e., 1-year and 5-year anniversaries, job site timelapse, etc.).Traffic all incoming requests for assets from our partner agencies.Coordinate and establish relationships with print vendors, pulling estimates, sending out files, approving proofs, submitting invoices.Helping to keep print portals up to date.Coordinate travel for video team, i.e., annual boot tours, anniversary shoots, etc.Coordinate with branches for wall murals.Scheduling headshots around monthly training sessions.Qualifications5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager in a creative environment, agency setting, or similar.Must have excellent and effective communication, organization, and time management skills.Understanding of the creative process.Key problem-solver and negotiator.Able to function in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Knowledgeable with Microsoft apps/environment.Knowledgeable with Asana a plus.Knowledge of creative software such as the Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Highly motivated, fun, positive attitude.RequirementsFull-timeOnsite in Virginia Beach, VAWhat we provide for our employeesCompetitive base compensation with lucrative bonus potentialEquity ownership in the nation’s largest and fastest growing foundation repair and water management companyThe best-in-class training programsAdvanced leadership training opportunitiesBenefits include Medical, Dental, Optical, Long/Short Term Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with a company match after applicable waiting periodsPaid time off including 6 holidays after applicable waiting periodGroundworks® is the nation's leading provider of Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting & Stabilization.With more than 50 locations across the USA, Groundworks is the fastest-growing foundation solutions company in the country!
