The team develops and supports static RTL verification methodologies for RTL Lint and Logical Equivalence. As part of the VLSI organization, our team defines advanced methodologies used to design and develop every NVIDIA chip. NVIDIA chips push the industry limits of technology and performance for GPU, CPU and SoC markets.What you'll be doing:Evaluate new EDA tools and features and advance static verification methodologies.Contribute to architecting and developing brand-new RTL analysis flows.Serve as an in-house expert for static verification EDA toolsSet up and maintain flow regressions and QA.Analyze issues, build solutions or workarounds, and provide testcases.Write technical documents and train internal users.Use data collection, analysis, and reporting tools to provide methodology insights.Act as liaison between ASIC designers and EDA vendors.What we need to see:BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).5 years of proven experience with tools and methodologies for ASIC design and verification.Direct experience with RTL Linting EDA tools.Proficiency in Verilog and System Verilog HDL.Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Tcl, Python or Perl).Debugging and problem-solving. Experience working with EDA vendors to resolve problems.Excellent communication skills.Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:Hands-on experience with synthesis and Logical Equivalence Checking.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
