You'll be responsible for

Build and maintain Chatbot and Voicebot using no-code/low-code solutions
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Chatbot and Voicebot workflows accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data sources
Stay up to date with the latest Chatbot and Voicebot technology trends and assess new solutions for potential implementation
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Chatbot and Voicebots

About you

Firsthand experience in building and maintaining Chatbot & Voicebots using no-code/low-code solutions
Knowledge of bot workflows and NLP techniques
Firsthand experience integrating Chatbot & Voicebots with existing systems and data sources
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
