This is a client facing role, you will connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
- Perform extraction, transformation, and load data using ADP Navigator Tool.
- Discuss with client contact and/or project team in accessing the client data.
- Extract source system data from legacy applications.
- Structure data into a format that can be used by the migration process while maintaining complete data integrity.
- Compile conversion data and review mapping document
- Perform Data Transformation using compiled source data and mapping document.
- Review the conversion with the migration Project Team (Implementation Consultants etc.)
- Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines.
- Complete ownership throughout the data migration life cycle.
- Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements.
- Understands the target ADP Workforce Manager application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, the integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation & problem resolution.
- Provides periodic status updates to the migration team. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence the project team and Clients.
- Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a technical role in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.
- Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Experience noted above OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
